Those were the good days. Well maybe not good compared to a “normal” family, but for us it was as good as it would get. My father had been in and out of mandatory rehab for alcohol abuse for almost 5 years. It wasn’t a live-in rehab so I was allowed to stay with him. Losing my mother was like losing a limb to him. I never knew her, so I couldn’t say the same. Sixteen years had passed since her death and my birth. He stared in horror as the heart monitor, that had been attached to the pale, bone-thin twenty year old for nearly a month, flat lined. His body froze and he swears to this day his heart stopped as well. He was shoved swiftly out of the room by a swarm of nurses and into the stark, white hallway whose walls were littered with wooden doors similar to the one sitting in front of him. Life has lost the answers, to my questions. My will has deserted me, left me for a stronger heart. Tears are the only things that fills my eyes, no more sparkles of wonder. No, depression is not just getting sad. It's a constant sadness that melts into your bones, An indescribably heavy weight upon your shoulders, Never mind your heart and soul.    It's the end of June and I have done nothing exciting all summer xP. I need to find something to do!! I need a life!! All I've done is write, watch TV, and clean. All summer. Either I need more inspiration so that I can write nonstop or I need people to go do stuff with. Go to the mall? Go skating? Catch a movie? Anything!

Weather Issues :/

So it has been absolutely freezing cold and "pouring buckets" (quote from my buddy) all freakin day. I mean don't get me wrong I love the cold and I love the rain. Just not necessarily at the same time. I believe, since it is now the middle of January, that instead of rain we should have snow. Or at least enough frozen roads to close school for a little while. Where is Mother Nature when I need her??
